About Us

Techniques Air Conditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd was established on 22nd July 1983, as part of our expansion program to diversify our expertise in the fields of designing, supply, installation and maintenance of HVAC engineering works.

We were in full operation in mid-1985, operating from a small ground level workshop along Ubi Road in Singapore. At the point of conception, there were 5 management staff. As we progressed over the years and grew in strength over the year, we have consolidated our plans to provide an even wider spectrum of Specialised Services that cater to the growing needs of our customers from the Biomedical Research, Pharmaceutical Production Facilities, Semiconductors, Wafer Fabrication, Microelectronics, Coating Process Manufacturing and Data Center industries.

Techniques offers a wide spectrum of services including the complete planning, designing, installation and operation of Cleanrooms, Diesel Fuel and Boiler System, Process Utilities, Gases and Chemical Piping, Process Vacuum and Compressed Air System, Central Exhaust System, Building Management System, Engineered Smoke Control System and related Mechanical Systems across multiple industries requiring critical operation.
