In 1998, we completed within a five (5) months contruction period, a single largest size contract amounted to more than S$300 million for 3M-Microflex Plant (Total Floor Area: 52,000sq.m)
The scope of work covered the complete supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the:
- 6000 RTons of water cooled centrifugal chiller air conditioning system
- Mechanical ventilation system
- Central house vacuum system
- Process vacuum system
- High & low pressure compressed air system
- Process glycol chilled water system
- DI water piping
- Heating water system
- Process affinity chiller – process chilled water system
- Chemical fume scrubber exhaust system
- Chemical and utilities piping system
- Construction of approximately 2,500 sqm of class 100 through class 100K of clean room space
- Machine connections and related facilities hook-up fitting out works
